LB Booster build updated

I have re-built LB Booster using the latest version of BBC BASIC for Windows to ensure that it is as up-to-date as possible. Since this is just a re-build the version number and date have not been changed, but you can confirm that you have the latest version by looking at the properties of the executable (right-click on LBB.exe in Windows File Explorer then select Properties... Details).
